Q: How often do the shuttles run?
A: Shuttle are organized around the schedules of inbound clients. This allows for flexibility and ensures that wait times are minimized. Each day the shuttle schedule is customized based on the number of arrivals and the arrival time of each group. Generally, wait times are very short (30 minutes or less), with a 1 hour wait being considered very long. Compare that with the scheduled bus service that runs every 2 hours!

Q: What type of vehicles are the shuttles?
A: The airport shuttles are a combination of vans, mini-buses and highway coaches depending on the number of guests we're moving that day, flight delays, missed connections, etc. Occasionally, we'll put clients in taxis if space becomes a concern or wait times look like they might become excessive due to delayed or cancelled flights. We can't guarantee what type of vehicle you'll be in. However, we can guarantee that it will be comfortable and you'll get to Whistler with a minimum of hassle.

Q: What hours do the airport shuttles operate?
A: Generally speaking the first shuttle of the day leaves Vancouver Airport around 9 AM, with the last shuttle leaving around 2230. However, we do vary the times based on the people who are arriving that day. We can accomodate you unless your flight times are very early in the morning or very late at night. Q: I'm arriving on a late flight into Vancouver Airport. What options do I have?
