Q: How often do the shuttles run?
A: Shuttles run at least once an hour between 0730 and midnight, with an additional 0330 late night shuttle thrown in (it leaves when everybody arrives). This allows for flexibility and ensures that wait times are minimized. Each day the shuttle schedule is customized based on the number of arrivals and the arrival time of each group. Generally, wait times are very short (30 minutes or less), with a 1 hour wait being considered very long.  We are confident that you will find no faster way to get to Whistler unless you book a private transfer!

Q: What type of vehicles are the shuttles?
A: The airport shuttles are a combination of vans, mini-buses and highway coaches depending on the number of guests we're moving that day, flight delays, missed connections, etc. Occasionally, we'll put clients in taxis if space becomes a concern or wait times look like they might become excessive due to delayed or cancelled flights. We can't guarantee what type of vehicle you'll be in. However, we can guarantee that it will be comfortable and you'll get to Whistler with a minimum of hassle.

Q: I'm arriving on a late flight into Vancouver Airport. What options do I have?
A: You're in luck!  We are now offering a late shuttle to accomodate you.  The shuttle will wait as long as 0330, but it will also leave earlier if all the reserved guests arrive before then.  Up until now you didn't have many options, but now we've got you covered!
