Conference & Event Transportation Planning

Our process for planning your Whistler conference or group transportation is a thorough one. We take into all factors. From your specific transportation needs to the pressures applied by road conditions and resort booking levels, Transportation Whistler develops a plan that just works. Your transportation will be cost-effective and your guests will get where they need to be when they need to be there. The Transportation Whistler step-by-step transportation planning process follows:

  1. RFP: You complete our Request for Proposal (RFP) form. You do not need all the information at this point. We are looking for a broad strokes idea of what you need.
  2. Development: Our planning team will take the information that you provide and develop a transportation plan for you to review. There is no obligation (financial or otherwise) at this point in the process.
  3. Proposal: Our planning team will provide you with the transportation plan and our proposal via email. This is decision time so ask all the questions you have and take all the time you need. If you decide we are the best option for your group, you will be assigned a project manager from the Transportation Whistler team.
  4. Refinement: Your TW project manager will adapt the proposed plan according to your feedback and any newly available information.
  5. Implementation: Your TW project manager and support staff will make sure that your guests where they need to be. Your project manager will work directly with you and will be available via cell phone or in person as required.

Our team will be available to you throughout the process. Ask questions. Make adjustments. We pride ourselves on the way we listen because; we know Whistler and we know transportation but you know your group. It sounds like having someone developing a transportation plan and managing it in Whistler and Vancouver should be more expensive than doing it yourself. It’s not… we have the equipment and people on the ground already and our rates are usually 5% either side of you doing to the transportation planning and management yourself.
